5. Candidate Responsibilities

      • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding qualifications, experience, and personal details.

      • Notify us of any changes to their availability or contact information.

    • Comply with any legal requirements related to employment in Bulgaria.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the recruitment process. This includes personal data of candidates and any sensitive information provided by clients.

7. Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection laws. For details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Fees and Payments

      • Client Fees: Fees for our recruitment services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement.

    • Candidate Fees: Our services to candidates are provided free of charge.

9. Liability

      • We strive to provide high-quality recruitment services, but we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the employment decisions made by clients.

    • We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by candidates or for any issues arising from the employment relationship between clients and candidates.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the recruitment agreement with written notice if there is a breach of these terms or other significant issues. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled as per the terms of the agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
